Perforated metal is one of the most versatile products on the market today. It's functionality can be changed in so many ways: hole size and shape, gauge and choice of material and the pattern of the perforations all have a bearing on the products suitability for specific applications.

HOW TO ORDER STANDARD SHEETS:-
1. Select Hole Size and Shape.
2. Select Pitch, usually Square or Diagonal (Staggered). Distance, centre to centre of holes.
U = Square Pitch
T = Triangular or Diagonal Pitch
3. Thickness of material (gauge)
4. Sheet size (normally 2m x 1m or 2.5m x 1.25m)
5. Material: Steel, Stainless Steel etc
6. Another useful guide to specification is usually given as OPEN AREA and this is expressed as a percentage open area of the sheet.

If you require non standard materials Genwork will quote you for your exact needs quickly and efficiently.
When ordering you will need to consider all of the specifications as stated for standard materials, Hole size and type, pitch, material etc. If special sized sheets or shapes are required, detailed drawings will be required. If your non standard sheets require
specific blank margins then this should also be stated when you place your order.
